What delivery options are available?

We currently offer Standard Tracked delivery within Japan. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout prior to completing your order and are based on the location.

  • Nationwide excluding Okinawa – ¥880 (including tax)
  • Shipping to Okinawa (regardless of package weight) – ¥2,000


The ¥880 shipping fee is a flat rate throughout Japan, excluding Okinawa.

All rders are sent using Yamato Unyu and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will also contain tracking numbers so that you can track the status of your order.

Please be aware that we may need to contact you to confirm your identity and information relating to your order before it is processed and dispatched. Please ensure that your contact email address is correct at the time of ordering.
